Stripe Connect payment integration

You can now connect your own Stripe account to NomadBill via OAuth and accept invoice payments directly through Stripe Payment Links. When a customer pays, the invoice is automatically marked as paid — no manual reconciliation needed. Refunds are tracked automatically, and you can manage your Stripe connection, view account status, and switch between live and test mode from Settings → Payment methods.

Per-company currency filter

Each company can now choose which currencies are available for invoicing and quoting. EUR and USD are enabled by default for all companies, and you can add or remove currencies through a searchable selector in Settings. The currency switcher automatically adjusts if a previously selected currency is no longer enabled for your company.

Stripe data import & live sync

Import your existing Stripe products, customers, subscriptions, invoices, and payment transactions directly into NomadBill. Imports are idempotent — running them multiple times won't create duplicates. Once connected, changes in your Stripe account (new products, updated customer details, subscription changes, and invoice updates) are automatically synced to NomadBill in real time via webhooks. Imported records display a "Stripe" badge so you can identify their origin at a glance.

Payment links in invoice emails

When sending an invoice by email, you can now embed a Stripe payment link directly in the email body. Your customers can pay instantly without leaving their inbox. A checkbox in the email send dialog lets you include the payment link when your Stripe account is connected.

AED exchange rate auto-populated

The UAE dirham (AED) exchange rate is now automatically filled from the live currency table instead of requiring manual entry. The field is read-only with a helper note explaining the source.

Nylas API error messages clarified

When the Nylas integration encounters an authentication error, the message now clearly indicates that the API key or region setting needs to be checked, instead of showing a generic error.

Save button validates required fields

The company settings save button now validates required fields (company name and address) before saving, showing a clear error message if any are missing.

Payment status badge fix

The "Paid" badge on invoice payment links now only appears when your Stripe account is connected and the payment status is confirmed, preventing false positives.

Inbox & Email Intelligence now in 15 languages

The Inbox and Email Intelligence interface is now fully available in 15 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Thai. The interface language follows your account language setting, so you can manage your document inbox in your preferred language without switching tools.

Smarter feedback prompts

The in-app feedback dialog now appears only after you've used NomadBill for at least 30 days, shows at most 3 times, and waits at least 14 days between prompts. This means fewer interruptions while still giving you a chance to share feedback.

AI Email Inbox

NomadBill now automatically processes incoming emails with AI to classify documents, extract key data (amounts, dates, vendor details, IBANs, categories, and line items), and match emails to your existing invoices, quotes, receipts, and bank transactions. Attachments are scanned with OCR, and you can review, accept, or dismiss AI-suggested links directly from any document.

Email Intelligence enhancements

The Email Intelligence card now displays line items, attachments, and a structured data view alongside expanded fields including net, VAT, gross, IBAN, and category.

Dashboard rebuild

The Dashboard has been completely redesigned with period switching (month, quarter, year), KPI cards for revenue, cost, profit, and outstanding cash — each with sparklines and percentage change vs. the prior period. New panels include a receivables ageing breakdown, revenue-by-client leaderboard, activity feed, and multi-currency breakdown. All figures convert to your base currency automatically, and KPIs can be exported as CSV.

Incoming invoice detail page

Incoming invoices now have a dedicated detail and edit view with supplier information, invoice numbers, dates, automatic net/VAT/gross calculation, linked bank transactions, and custom fields.

Receipt number label corrected

The placeholder for receipt numbers on incoming invoices now correctly shows the BI- prefix instead of INV-.

Inbox panel expanded

The inbox message list now expands to fill the available screen height, making longer email threads easier to read.
